To ensure reliability and punctuality, all of our deliveries will be made by courier. Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive a confirmation email.
For your own piece of mind you can track your delivery to see its current status. This is explained within the email. We have created the table below to show you when to expect your delivery.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during working hours.
These goods that you have ordered are perishable. Therefore if no-one is there to accept the delivery, or a suitable place has been requested where the goods can be left, the courier will select a suitable place to leave the goods. The courier WILL not return the goods to the depot.
We accept no liability if delivery is not accepted due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of no-one being available. It is therefore recommended that if no-one will be available, and that a suitable place is not indicated to leave the goods, that you send to a work address if possible.
At John Sheppard we are confident that our pricing is always competitive. This therefore also applies to delivery charges, and we are confident we are one of the cheapest in the industry. We have one delivery charge of only £6.95 to anywhere in the UK!
We are not liable for any failure to deliver or for any loss/liability whatsoever arising from such failure, if we fail to deliver due to circumstance beyond our control.
John Sheppard Direct Guarantee: Claims for breakages, damaged or missing goods must be made within 24 hours of their receipt. Where a valid claim is determined we shall replace the goods which have been affected by this damage free of charge, or offer you a full refund for the damaged goods. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
