The Sheppard family have been butchers for over 60 years, growing from a small local shop to our current modern site, where we supply some of the finest restaurants, hotels and universities across the country. Over time we have kept pace with people’s changing eating habits, and survived where the majority of quality traditional butchers have succumb to the dominance of the supermarkets. With this in mind we have used our vast experience in the industry to develop a service for people who still appreciate fine dining.
