Our magnificent geese are bred in England, where they roam free-range, and they produce an abundance of tender, richly flavoured meat. The main season for fresh geese is September to December, although they are available throughout the year, especially at Easter. If you haven't tried goose before, you'll find it makes a delicious alternative to the traditional Christmas turkey. They're becoming more popular every year!
