INGREDIENTS
225g (8oz) lean beef grilling/frying steaks*,
cut into thin strips
5ml (1tsp) oil
1 red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
100g (4oz) pak choi, chopped
200g (approx) jar black bean sauce
METHOD
1. In a large non-stick wok or saucepan
fry the meat in the oil until browned, approximately 3-4
minutes.
2. Add the pepper, onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the pak choi and black bean sauce and cook for a
further 2-3 minutes.
Serve the stir-fry on a pile of boiled rice.
