Lamb Cutlets with Sauté Potatoes and Rosemary

Cooking Time: Approximately 8-12 minutes


INGREDIENTS

4 lean lamb cutlets (approx 2cm (¾") thick)

METHOD

1. Cook the lamb cutlets under a preheated grill for 4-6 minutes each side

Serve the cutlets with sauté potatoes and rosemary and roasted vegetables.

Why not try one of the following glaze ideas:-

• 15ml (1tbsp) mint jelly
• 15ml (1tbsp) curry paste
• 15ml (1tbsp) sweet chilli sauce

Add the glaze in the last 2 minutes of cooking time.

Tip: Try serving the cutlets on a bed of egg noodles as an alternative.
