“I ordered my fresh meat box online last month. I was a little concerned at first as I have never ordered food in this way before. Apart from my Tesco shop during lock-down and that was fraught with substitute issues. I worried that this might also be the case with a meat delivery.
There was absolutely nothing to worry about as it turned out. My delivery came exactly when it was supposed to. I had a time-slot which was very convenient to me, but I also arranged for it to be left elsewhere if I had to pop out or if for any reason it was going to be later than expected. Neither happened.
The delivery driver was lovely. He waited for me to check my delivery as I was still a little nervous that he would leave and it would be wrong! That was just my nerves though. Everything I ordered was there, just as described and I was really pleased with the way the meat was packed. The box was very cold and everything was packed out with insulation.
Since this meat box delivery, I have placed another order which was exactly as the previous delivery. On time and fantastic quality. I can honestly say that I will be forever ordering meat online from John Sheppard Direct. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.”
