Buying Your Fresh Meat Online
Buying a meat box from John Sheppard is much like any sort of online ordering. You select your cuts, checkout and specify a delivery day.
If you aren’t going to be in to take the delivery, that’s fine. Simply let up know where we can leave your box if you think that you may be out. Alternatively you can tell us where to leave it. Just bear in mind that the weather is becoming milder and even though our boxes are cold packed, it’s best not to leave them too long before collecting and putting your meat products into the fridge.
How do I Pay for My Order?
When you add your card details you will be charged for your order. We take most credit and debit cards and payments are taken through a secure connection. This is indicated with either a padlock in the URL or an https (the S indicates that the connection is secure)
How Long Will I Wait for Delivery of My Meat Box?
We allow our customers to state a preferred delivery date when paying. We’ll then contact you and confirm the date. If you change your mind about the day, maybe you forgot that you have a dentist appointment and have to re-schedule, simply call or email us and we will change the delivery day for you.
