Our shoudler of pork joints are produced from Farm Assured British Pork

Cut from the collar side of the shoudler, bones are removed the cut is trimmed of excess fat and rind and is then hand tied by our master butchers, this should be kept on the joint as it is cooked to hold the shape.

Often bought as a popular cost effective roasting joint to loin and belly of pork and what is als the recommended cut for customers to roast ‘low and slow’ for pulled pork.
