Hand cut by our master butchers from Bone in Ribs of beef which are dry aged for a minimum of 21 days in our maturation fridge.
Containg the marbling and superb flavour of the ribeye steak and the rib cap of fat, this renders down as the meat cooks for a succulent steak.
A show stopper on the BBQ or pan fried and basted with butter and rosemary.
