Hand-Cut from the whole feather blade, we remove the central gristle and membrane and then portioned down to 200g (7oz) steaks.

The flat iron is a versatile steak that can be cooked by several methods. Great in steak recipes and stir-frys or for fajitas.

It can also be grilled, broiled, or pan-fried.

The fine marbling melts when cooking, creating a juicy, flavorful steak when cooked.

Recommended cooked medium-rare.
