French Trimmed 3 Bone Racks of British Lamb

Available in 2 x 3 or 4 x 3 Bone racks.

Selected and prepared in house by our master butchers from British free range grass fed Lamb.

The term ‘French Trimmed’ describes the process of trimming and cleaning of a portion of the rib bones for banquet quality presentation. Our butchers ensure that each rack is even in thickness and uniform in shape.

Deliciously tender and succulent this product can be served individually as a 3 bone rack per person or portioned either side of the bone to produce lamb cutlets.
