Produced from aged whole rumps this popular steak is then hand cut in house by our master butchers ensuring that each portion is of an even thickness.
The Rump steak won’t be quite as tender as sirloin, fillet or ribeye however it more than make up for it with it’s deep natural flavour.
Recommended cooked medium or medium-rare rather than fully rare.
