A spatchcocked chicken is produced from a whole UK farm-assured chicken which we have removed the backbone from so that it will lay flat.
As a result, the chicken is spread out or opened up like a book, which makes it cook more evenly.
This makes it perfect for pre-marinating and grilling on the BBQ, Pan Frying, or roasting in the oven.
